These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the On Edge Lawn Care LLC website and the lawn, landscaping, and exterior cleaning services we provide. By using this site or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide lawn care, shrub and tree trimming, soft washing and pressure washing, landscaping, mulching, and pine straw services for residential and commercial properties in and around Shallotte, North Carolina. Specific work, scheduling, and pricing are agreed with you before we begin.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time and the condition of the property. They are not a final contract until we both agree to the work. Prices may change if the scope, size, or condition differs from what was described.

Scheduling and property access

You agree to provide safe, clear access to the areas we will service. Please secure pets and let us know about hazards, irrigation lines, pet waste, hidden obstacles, or anything fragile. Weather and conditions outside our control may require us to reschedule.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed, typically upon completion of the work unless we arrange a recurring or invoiced schedule. Late or missed payments may pause service.

Photos of completed work

We may photograph or record completed work for our portfolio, website, and social media. These images focus on the property results, not on people. If you prefer we not use images of your property, just tell us and we will honor that.

Warranty and disclaimer

We take pride in our work and stand behind it. That said, our services are provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law, and we make no other warranties, express or implied. Living landscapes, weather, and existing property conditions can affect results over time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, On Edge Lawn Care LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Website use

This website and its content, including text, images, video, and the On Edge Lawn Care name and logo, are our property or used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission. Do not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.

Dispute resolution and arbitration

Any dispute between you and us will be resolved through binding individual arbitration as described in our Arbitration Agreement, which is part of these Terms. Please read it carefully, as it affects your legal rights, including waiving the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
